How do I learn how to use my new software??

Most of our packages include onsite training for you and your team that will allow you to learn how to use ServiceM8. We will also help you to set up and provide phone and email support for specific periods so we know you are confident in using it. ServiceM8 also has a 24/7 support service where you can access their knowledge for any questions, and there are plenty of learning materials on their website that will give you step-by-step guides on how to use certain features and add ons that we aren't able to cover in our initial training packages.
